Mr. S M Mishra is the founder, promoter and Managing Director of YSM Dairy & Biotech Pvt. Limited.

Mr. Mishra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology in 1993. After that he served the process industries as well as process engineering industries for 2 decades, then after having a rich experience in processing technologies and plant maintenance and engineering concepts, he moved to his entrepreneurial journey.

Mr. Mishra has all the qualities of a good leader, he takes any problem as a lesson and always maintains a good harmony with his team so that all the team members never feel that they are doing something wrong. He works on the philosophy “Every man makes mistakes on this planet except those who never tried anything new”. He always encourages his team of engineers to try new things with new ideas and terminology to meet the expectations of our clients.

With this belief, He has been providing services to the industries for the last 11 years with a good and well-trained team of Project Managers, Service Engineers, Technician and other staffs.
